Iniciació a un aprenentatge d’anglès pràctic per a persones amb poc o cap coneixement previ d'esta llengua que desitgen poder aplicar el que vagen aprenent a situacions bàsiques de viatges, de manera que puguen començar a manejar-se de manera molt senzilla de forma tant oral com escrita en situacions clau com l'aeroport, el restaurant, les botigues, l'hotel, la farmàcia, l'estació de tren etc.
I, perquè l'aprenentatge d'estos continguts siga efectiu, combinarem els temes propis d'esta mena d’anglès amb l'estudi de la cultura anglòfona, amb temes gramaticals i funcions lingüístiques i, per descomptat, amb la lectoescriptura. En lloc de només memoritzar frases o continguts, aprendrem a llegir, pronunciar, entendre i, sobretot, a gaudir esta llengua per mitjà de tota mena d'activitats adaptades a les necessitats i interessos del grup, en un ambient distés que prioritzarà la companyonia i l'intercanvi d'idees.
Introduction to practical English learning for people with little or no prior knowledge of the language, who wish to apply what they learn to basic travel situations. The aim is for them to start handling simple situations both orally and in writing in key contexts such as the airport, the restaurant, shops, the hotel, the chemist´s, the train station, etc.
And, in order to make the learning of these contents effective, we will combine topics specific to this type of English with the study of Anglophone culture, necessary grammar topics, linguistic functions, and, of course, with the development of reading and writing literacy skills.
Instead of just memorizing phrases or content, we will learn how to read, pronounce, understand, and, most importantly, how to enjoy this language through all kinds of activities adapted to the needs and interests of the group, in a relaxed environment that prioritizes camaraderie and idea exchange.
